Pass San Gimignano, at the roundabout, take to the left and follow the indication to Gambassi Terme, go straight on for 8 Km . At a second crossroads turn to the right and after 15 mt. Villa will be on your left.

 

From Gambassi Terme:

Pass Gambassi terme, go straight on following the indication to Il Castagno, pass it and pass the crossroad for Volterra staying on the left. keep straight on and after 3 Km the house will be on your right.
